They have increased popularity because these homes do not only give the family the comforts of having a comfortable place to live in with the amenities similar to that of a stick-built house but most importantly, they are a lot cheaper and are easier to maintain.

Unlike to that of a house that you still need to sell it or have it rented first and then you need to buy a new house again in the new place.
