I think nowadays, almost all people use mattresses already for their beds. The mattress they use can be any type like innerspring mattresses, a foam mattress, a waterbed or can be an air mattress. Each of us may have our own favorites. I for one love foam mattresses the most as for me, it is the most comfortable kind. When I was in my teens, I used to have an innerspring mattress but I hated it because I would hear the sound of the spring every time I would move around.
I can say that having a foam mattress on my bed helps me sleep so well. When I wake up in the morning, I would find myself more relaxed and more energetic. Some people though don't want to have a mattress on their beds. Its their unique choice.
