Now that the kids are all in college my wife and I have finally figured out what it's like to be empty nesters. We have three kids, so we're definitely used to a bustling household and, to be honest, it's a little weird how much things have slowed around here! That's not all bad, though. It's actually given Pam and I the chance to go back to the things we used to love to do (like movie nights, just the two of us) plus we're finally able to get to the things that we've always wanted to do, like exercise more and finally get that bathroom redesign underway. I think we're starting the latter of those first thing tomorrow. We aren't wasting any time!
I had a friend recommend we start by going to Sears Home Improvement Texas to check out the homewares selection, so I think that'll be our first stop. I know one of the first things we need to decide on is a new sink design, since the one we have barely works and is pretty large/clunky. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what's available, but we're definitely eager to get started ASAP.
